Contenthash converter

This online example is part of https://github.com/berlincode/contenthash-signer-ens

This tool converts between IPFS CIDs and multicodec contenthashes as used in ens resolvers. It should be conform to ethereum EIP 1577. There is a companion tool to sign and validate IPFS contenthash sigantures.
